Co-founder and CAIO of OrganIA and WeON, Hélder Sato combines over 20 years building customer service platforms with hands-on practice in applied AI. He leads the development of intelligent agents and corporate conversational architectures, with the vision of turning companies into living entities you can talk to.

Hélder Sato is Chief AI Officer and co-founder of OrganIA and WeON. Leading WeON since 2004, he built one of Brazil’s main omnichannel customer service platforms, integrated with WhatsApp Business and used by 500+ brands. In 2023 he founded OrganIA to bring applied AI to how companies operate: intelligent agents, automated QA and hybrid teams of humans and AI. He holds an MSc in Distributed Systems from PUC-PR, sets the AI roadmap, prototypes personally and only then hands it to product. He publishes his experiments at HSLab.

As CAIO he combines strategy with hands-on work: he sets the AI roadmap, prototypes new technology himself, validates with clients and hands it to the product team.
