INOVA-R — innovation built into existing software
Framework v1.0 · draft of 2026-10-09 · under validation
How do you turn fast AI innovation cycles into validated capabilities that enter existing products with provable value?
Innovation doesn’t end when a feature works. It creates value when there is evidence of usefulness and a reliable path to adoption, integration, operation and evolution in the product.
Draft under validation. This page publishes framework v1.0 for open discussion. “INOVA-R” is a working name. Nothing here claims integrations, metrics or results have been implemented or measured.
INOVA-R stands for Innovation Oriented by Validated and Reusable References.
Two cycles, five stages
- Cycle A — Discovery: 1 Explore → 2 Build → 3 Validate (in an independent environment, like organIA).
- Cycle B — Product: 4 Amplify → 5 Incorporate and evolve (in existing products, like WeON).
Five gates decide what moves forward: prioritization, quality, value, amplification and production. At each gate: advance, iterate, keep researching or stop — with the reasoning recorded.
The Transferable Reference Package (PRT)
Versioned reference code, spec and acceptance criteria, validation evidence, an AI development harness (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md), integration and security plan, amplification plan and decision records.
Value that must not be confused
(A) value already shown in the reference implementation, and (B) extra value possible when the capability meets the destination product’s data and flows. (B) is always a hypothesis and must be validated again.
Built on Continuous Discovery, InnerSource, Software Product Lines, Spec-Driven Development and persistent agent instructions. The full v1.0 text is on the Portuguese page.
