- The case: Triage → Analyze → Value Contract → Build → Monitor.
- Measure before and after with the same plan, with a clear rule to scale, adjust or stop.
- Redesign before automating: eliminate → simplify → integrate → automate → AI.
- Governance that fits a mid-size company: 6 risk questions and a 30-minute committee.
The method is at v2.1 and the system is built. Real-use validation with clients is pending.
